Our research focuses on developing solutions to extinguish violence and strengthen justice systems where the rule of law is lacking. We partner with governments, non-state actors, communities, and NGOs to evaluate programs and public policies designed to reduce victimization and human rights abuses and improve both the quality and accountability of law enforcement institutions and justice systems.
